When purchasing our fruits and vegetable we tend to shy away from the ones that have been bitten by insects or that have insect parts on them, but are we really equipped with the correct information to identify good quality fruits and vegetables in the market place? Generally, these foods ought to be consumed when they are fit and not to be offered for sale in an over ripe, rotten, parasitic or poisonous condition.
